AI-native training delivery system

In-person training delivery for expert trainers using AI.

For veteran trainers: in Project Management, Sales, Leadership, Ops, anywhere, bringing AI into the room they already know how to run.

After each session, captured prompts, boards, and polls auto-assemble into participant recaps and client proposals. Your method, your craft — with the AI plumbing lifted off.

The Problem

Slides in one tab. ChatGPT in another. Stripe in a third. And your curriculum was stale by Tuesday.

You're teaching tools that changed last week — across Keynote, Google Docs, Typeform, Stripe, Notion, and half a dozen LLM tabs. The prompts your participants tried? On flipchart paper nobody photographs.

Every engagement platform answered the AI moment by bolting on an "AI Presentation Maker." Useful when you're presenting anything. Useless when AI is the subject of the room.

You're an AI trainer. You should be in the room — not stitching it back together at midnight.

Your methods, your craft

Problem-Based Learning. Case studies. Reflection.
Whatever your method — RoomHelm doesn't replace it.

You didn't get good at teaching by accident. RoomHelm clears everything around your craft that was getting in the way.

Problem-Based Learning

Drop a multi-stage problem as a block sequence. Each phase has its own prompt, board, or poll. Participants stay on one problem; the room watches their thinking evolve.

Case studies

Drop the case as text, PDF, or image. Participants work it solo or in breakouts on their own board. Their analysis lands on your screen. AI surfaces the patterns.

Action learning

Each block builds on the previous. Multi-day cohorts hold their thread — day 3 sees day 1's outputs. Reading lists and prompt history carry across.

Reflective practice & dialogue

Open-ended journaling blocks. Word clouds and breakouts for paired reflection. Optional share-with-trainer.

What AI trainers actually need

Before the room. In the room. After the room.

Every cohort runs three phases. RoomHelm uses AI at each — to help you teach AI, not to make a deck about it.

Before the room

Plan once. Reuse forever.

Walk in with the curriculum 80% ready. AI drafts from your topic; you shape, save, remix across cohorts.

  • Reusable curriculum blocks
  • Method library: prompt drills, model comparisons, AI use-case maps
  • One place to coordinate with the team that hired you
In the room

One link. Zero tab-juggling.

Run the whole session from one screen. AI groups incoming prompt submissions so you spot the room's pattern instantly.

  • Instant polls, quizzes, word clouds
  • Live prompt tasks landing on your screen in real time
  • Breakouts and boards — no Miro tab, no Slido tab
After the room

Close the loop the same day.

Walk out with deliverables done. AI writes the recap, the proposal, and the notes for next cohort — straight from what happened in the room.

  • Export prompts, boards, and poll results
  • Collect feedback in the same flow
  • Simple analytics for the team that hired you
How it works

From sign-up to recap, in three steps.

Every step of a live cohort, in one tool. AI does the lifting that shouldn't be on you.

Build the room
1

Build the room.

Drop blocks, or ask AI to draft a session from your topic. Drag to reorder. Add your reading list. Save.

Run it live
2

Run it live.

Send one link. Participants follow on their device. Prompt submissions land in real time — AI groups them and surfaces the pattern as you teach.

Close the loop
3

Close the loop.

AI writes the corporate proposal and each participant's recap. You leave with the deliverables done.

Your AI co-pilot

Edit your curriculum by talking.
Not by clicking through forms.

You've been teaching for 15+ years. You don't want to learn another form-builder. Tell RoomHelm what you want in plain English — and it does it.

You ask

"Swap all the GPT-4 examples for Claude 4.7."

AI rewrites every affected block in seconds. Across the whole program — not just the slide in front of you.

You ask

"Add a Problem-Based Learning case after block 3."

Drafted from your topic — with a real stakeholder problem, prompt task, and reflection block. Edit or accept.

You ask

"Generate the corporate proposal from yesterday's session."

Pulled from what actually happened in the room — participants, prompts, outputs, feedback. Branded. Ready to send.

Is this for you?

Honest about who it's built for.

This is for you if…

  • You teach a field — PM, sales, leadership, design, ops — and you've started bringing AI into the room.
  • Your participants are smart professionals. They don't need handholding on the LLM — they need help applying it to their job.
  • You run live cohorts — in-person, hybrid, or remote — not pre-recorded courses.
  • You use Problem-Based Learning, case studies, role-play, or reflective practice — and want the platform to fit those, not flatten them.
  • You issue proposals, collect payment, send follow-ups.

This is not for you if…

  • You record AI tutorials for YouTube or Udemy — try Teachable or Thinkific instead.
  • You teach a semester-long university ML course — Canvas or Moodle fits better.
  • You host one-off AI webinars with no group work — Zoom + Calendly does that.
Pricing

Pay per session — only for participants who engaged.

Once a participant submits any response in your program — prompt task, poll, quiz, board, or feedback — every session they attended becomes a billable participant-session. If they never engage, none of their sessions are charged. No-shows and empty rooms: always $0.

$0.30 per session

attended by an engaged participant

Volume drops the rate automatically.

First 120 participant-sessions / month $0.30 each
121–300 participant-sessions / month $0.25 each
301–900 participant-sessions / month $0.20 each
How a participant-session is counted. One engaged participant × one attended session. A single response anywhere in your program qualifies that participant — then every session they attended counts. Never engaged: $0. Our incentive matches yours: we only earn when RoomHelm keeps your room engaging.

AI features are free.

Proposals, recaps, and curriculum drafts run on your own API key. We provide the system prompts and orchestration — you pick the model, you control the cost. Zero markup from RoomHelm.

Live AI training delivered
I built RoomHelm while delivering Project Management with AI in Yerevan, with partners Agentell and Buildup. Every feature got added because I needed it in the room that weekend — not because a roadmap said so.

The plumbing — live prompt tasks, breakouts, boards, recap, proposals — is field-agnostic. PM-tested first; designed to work the same way for sales, leadership, design, and operations training. Now open to other trainers. More about why →

Frequently asked questions

Isn't this just an engagement tool with AI bolted on?
No. Other platforms bolt an "AI Presentation Maker" onto a slide tool. RoomHelm puts AI inside every step of delivering AI training — drafting the curriculum, watching prompt submissions live, writing the proposal and recap.
Does this only work if AI is the subject?
No. The platform is AI-native — meaning RoomHelm uses AI to help you teach — but the subject can be anything. PM, sales, leadership, change management, design. The AI is in the engine, not on the syllabus.
What's different from Teachable or Thinkific?
They're for self-paced video courses. RoomHelm is for live, in-room AI training — prompt tasks, real-time submissions, a trainer running the room.
My AI curriculum changes every month. Does RoomHelm handle that?
That's the point. Content is block-based and reused across cohorts. Even better — you don't have to open forms to edit anything. Just tell AI what to change ("swap GPT-4 examples for Claude 4.7", "add a section on prompt chaining after block 3") and it rewrites the curriculum in seconds. Edit one block, every future cohort gets the new version.
Does it support multi-day cohorts?
Yes. Cohorts hold state across days. Day 3 sees day 1's outputs. Reading lists, boards, and prompt history all carry.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Web only — browser on whatever device anyone brought. No app store, no download.
Whose Stripe account collects payments?
Yours. RoomHelm connects to your Stripe account — your money lands in your bank. We don't take a cut of your revenue.
Can I migrate from my current tools?
Bring slides as image blocks, paste your reading list, drop in your task prompts. Most setups take under an hour.
Can I keep using my existing slides?
Yes. Drop them as image blocks. RoomHelm wraps them, doesn't replace them.
Does it work without internet in the room?
Participants need internet to submit tasks — real-time submission needs it. The trainer view stays stable on shaky venue Wi-Fi.
I've been teaching for 15+ years but I'm not technical. Will I be slow on this in the room?
AI handles the edits, the setup, and the cleanup. If you can describe what you want in one sentence, RoomHelm does it. You stay focused on the room.
Do I need my own AI API key?
For AI-generated proposals, recaps, and curriculum drafts — yes. You connect Anthropic, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock and use your own credits. We don't mark up tokens.
